    How do other shoe shops even exist? Shoes are half normal price, range is fantastic and the service is the same as even the most expensive places. I was such a fool for ever buying casual shoes elsewhere.

    Literally every pair of shoes (maybe 6 pairs all up) I've bought here fall apart within 6 months, on one occasion the staff were very helpful and swapped them over, other times I've been told;

    - The sole falling off is "normal wear and tear"
    - Walking 3-4 K's each day in them "isn't normal or intended usage"
    - That runners should only ever be worn on sealed surfaces
