    Good experience up until I saw the tint work done on my new car. When staff came out to 'fix' air bubbles and patchy work around demisters, a gentleman came out and told them stop helping/fixing the unfinished job. He introduced himself as 'Ross the boss', and endeavored to tell me he knew the job could not be done properly on my type of vehicle and there was nothing to be done to complete it properly. If this was the case, it should have been discussed with myself before taking the job on/Charging me full price. A confrontational approach to customer service and follow up. A gotcha attitude, making me pay before driving my vehicle up from inside, handing me the keys and saying goodbye. No sign off or inspection which is required on the work order provided.

    Final words from 'Ross the boss' were that he would fix the problems, but I had to call him in a month and he would fix it then!
