- Adam D25.05.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came here for years but felt towards the end that Saffy wasn't putting any effort in. Haircuts were going downhill. Every time I came some young inexperienced person would wash my hair in either freezing cold or boiling hot water and then 'massage' my head (ie rub vigorously). Got sick of paying for a senior stylist only to be pawed at by someone inexperienced.
When I stopped coming (a very regular customer) I never even heard from them. Which I find bizarre. Wouldn't you contact your long term client at some point?
Also children's cuts are shockingly overpriced.
